The Vice President of Actuarial Services is the top leadership position within the division reporting to President with a dotted line to the COO. This position will lead all actuarial functions for the company and will leverage actuarial expertise to shape the divisions strategy, structure, and people to achieve business objectives. This position is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and must work collaboratively with SLT to support, implement, and optimize solutions to ensure profitable growth.   Responsibilities include overseeing product pricing, valuation, capital modeling, actuarial analysis and reporting, statistical reporting, and product management for both direct lines of business and assumed reinsurance.
