COUNTRY Financial Claims & Client Services Instructional Design Internship
About the role The Instructional Design Intern within the Client Experience Design team will play a hands-on role in shaping learning experiences for nearly 1,000 Claims and Client Services employees. The intern will collaborate with experienced instructional designers and subject matter experts to plan and update self-paced and instructor-led training courses. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a student to apply academic knowledge in a corporate setting, gain exposure to insurance operations, and contribute to impactful learning initiatives.
