Berkley North Pacific’s internship program gives students hands?on exposure to multiple areas of the insurance industry. Throughout the ten?week experience, you’ll build business knowledge, develop practical skills, expand your professional network, and complete meaningful projects that make a real impact.
Interns interact with senior leaders and receive an overview of key operations across the organization. This year’s internship focuses specifically on brand and communications strategy and marketing.

Require that candidates be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Availability to work on site at the Meridian, ID location (we offer a hybrid work schedule with four days in the office and one remote day per week when appropriate; however, the first few weeks of the internship will require being on-site five days a week)
