DescriptionSummary:The Program Director will guide and manage the development and optimization of analytics to drive Health Equity business outcomes for CHRISTUS Health. This expert-level technical role will involve acquiring, structuring of data and promotion of analytics. This job will be responsible for managing the operational activities of the Health Equity team involving all data management & analytics. This individual will also act as the liaison between the business users/stakeholders and the Information Services (IS) and Finance teams operationalizing data management and analytics efforts.
